BUSM 2640 - Managing Entrepreneurial Ventures |
Prerequisite: BUSM 1620 or permission of instructor. This course explores the entrepreneur’s role in the management and planning of small business. Topics include marketing and promotion, product and supply chain management, human resources management, operations management, assets management, and business planning. Students will also address and analyze risk assessment, global opportunities, and current small business topics.
