ELEC 2120 - Linear and Switch-Mode Power Supplies
Prerequisite: ELEC 1120. This course introduces solid-state device circuit concepts, with analysis techniques, to unregulated and regulated linear power supplies, regulated switching power supplies, and power electronic switching control circuits. Students will apply theory and application of transformers, capacitors, inductors, diodes, transistors, and other solid-state devices to these topologies.
