BUSM 2350 - Labor-Management Relations
Prerequisite: BUSM 2300 or permission of instructor. This advanced course focuses on the history and evolution of U.S. labor-management relations. It includes the basic functional areas of labor relations and collective bargaining; key legislation affecting labor relations; and negotiation techniques and strategies. Students will practice the negotiation of a new contract through the use of role-playing techniques.
