This course provides students with the experience of participating in a community-service choral singing performance group sponsored by Lakeland. The course places emphasis on choral literature from various historical periods and on the musical development of the individual. At least two years of high school-level chorus performance are recommended prior to joining the chorus. Placement in the ensemble will be determined by audition during or before the first rehearsal as determined by the director. Students may take this course up to four times for credit.
