HMSV 1118 - Principles of Case Management
Prerequisite: a grade of "C" or better in ENGL 1110 or a grade of "C" or better in ENGL 1111, a grade of "C" or better in HMSV 1115, a grade of "C" or better in PHIL 1300; or permission of program chair. This course introduces entry-level human service workers to a general framework for the principles and skills needed for effective professional case management practice. The focus on skill building provides students with the opportunity to develop and practice basic clinical competency as a human service worker.
